Farmer brothers have been doing traditional farming since ancient times. In which he produces grains and vegetables. But now, new experiments are being done by the farmer brothers to earn more profit, in which they are growing more profitable crops. Pearl is a polished and hard precious stone used in jewellery and decorations since ancient times.

The production of pearls in India is significantly less, and it is exported in large quantities from other countries. If the farmer brothers want, they can earn more profit by cultivating pearls. More income can be made by putting less cost into its cultivation, nor is its cultivation more laborious. Moreover, Swaraj 855 is the best tractor model.

It takes a year for pearls to be prepared naturally. This pearl is designed by a natural method by a creature called a snail. But now it is being produced like this too.

Prepare a pond for pearl cultivation.

The cultivation of pearls is done not on the land but directly in the water. For which you have to prepare a pond. Prepare a pond as significant as the number of oysters you want to prepare. To prepare the pond, make a pit in the ground and drill a hole for cement. After this, water is filled by putting polythene in the pond. If the cavity absorbs less water, then there is no need to apply polythene. Also, John Deere 5310 is another advanced model.

Oyster preparation

Oysters produce pearls. That’s why oysters must be brought from rivers, but now oysters are readily available in the markets too. Clean water is required for these oysters, and the oysters do not absorb dirty water. Instead, oysters use moss for their food.

types of pearls

There are mainly three types of pearls, which are prepared based on different uses.

  • KVT: – This type of pearl is prepared by operating the oyster and putting a foreign body inside it. In this, any size of pearl can be designed. Such pearls are found in many types of things in the markets, with prices in the thousands.
  • Doughnut pearl:- This pearl is naturally prepared; its shape is also inherently circular. The cost of this variety of pearls varies from 1 thousand to 50 thousand rupees depending on the size and lustre.
  • Mentaltsu: – This type of pearl is used for eating. This type of pearl is prepared by putting a piece of oyster inside the oyster itself. Such pearls are in high demand in the market and are used to make Chyawanprash and Tonic.

the right time for pearl farming

The winter season is considered the most suitable for the production of pearls. However, October and December are considered the most ideal for pearl cultivation. First, it is prepared surgically by inserting a bead into the oyster. Then, keeping it on natural fodder and antibiotics for some time, they put it in the pond. After this, they are given the proper amount of nutrients.

oyster operation

An oyster operation is done to get the pearl. In the inner part of the oyster, the size of 4 to 6 mm of sand or beed is put surgically. Do not open the mouth of the oyster too much during the operation, as there is a risk of the oyster dying, which affects the yield.

how to make pearls

Three years old oysters are needed to prepare pearls. After this, it takes 8 to 14 months to get ready. During this, the operation is done in the oyster to prepare the pearl. Surgery is used, and a foreign body or sand particle is inserted. A creature called a snail, seen in many colours, prepares this pearl.

When a grain of sand inside the oyster pierces the snail, the snail releases a kind of liquid greasy substance. This fluid keeps on depositing on the particle in the form of a layer, and a pearl is formed. The finished pearl is silver in colour. After this, please take out the pearl from inside the oyster, and send it to sell in the market.

oyster maintenance

It is essential to maintain the seed properly after surgery. For this, during surgery, the oysters are placed in a mesh nylon bag on natural feed and antibiotics for 10 days. To keep the nylon bags soaked in water, the bags are tied to a wooden or PVC pipe and held one to one and a half feet below the water. The oysters must be checked daily by being taken out of the water. Because if the oyster dies, it starts releasing a large amount of ammonia, and the increase in the amount in the water puts the oyster in danger of dying.

Therefore, the amount of ammonia in the water should also be checked. If the amount of ammonia in the water is found to be high, then remove the water from it and fill it with fresh water. This makes the oyster move faster, and the pearl is ready only after 8 to 14 months. When the colour of the oyster turns silver, the pearls are removed.
